Bastion Sea Views — 1 and 2-Bedroom Homes in Montemar, Torremolinos

Bastion Sea Views is a small building of one- and two-bedroom homes in Montemar, the residential district of Torremolinos between the town centre and La Carihuela. Four homes are currently offered: a ground-floor apartment and three penthouses, with between 79 and 100 m² built. The white façade is set behind a rhythm of slender columns, with timber details and planted terraces.

The homes

Living and dining areas open through large glass doors onto covered terraces, and some of the homes have their own private swimming pool. The penthouses add a solarium on the roof, and the ground-floor apartment has a private garden. Kitchens are fully fitted, the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and every home has hot-and-cold air conditioning, double glazing, fibre optic and solar-assisted hot water. The building also has storage rooms. The penthouses and roof terraces look out over the town to the sea.

Montemar is a quiet residential part of Torremolinos just above La Carihuela, the old fishermen’s quarter with its seafront promenade. The sea is about 420 m from the building and La Carihuela beach about 490 m, with shops, schools and public transport nearby and Puerto Marina in Benalmádena a little further along the coast.
