Kosmos — 2 and 3-Bedroom Apartments by a Pine Forest, Torremolinos

Kosmos is a new residential building in the upper part of Torremolinos, standing at the edge of a Mediterranean pine forest with the town and the sea spread out below. Fourteen homes are currently offered: two- and three-bedroom apartments on the ground and middle floors, and a single three-bedroom penthouse. The façade is horizontal and open, with long terraces running the length of each floor beneath timber pergolas and planting along the balustrades. Completion is scheduled for 2028.

The apartments

Every home has two bathrooms. The living and dining areas are laid out as one space with the kitchen along one wall, and full-height glazing opens onto a private terrace deep enough for a dining table and a lounge corner. From the upper floors the view runs over the tops of the pines to the coast. Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, each home has its own storage room, and a private parking space is included in the building, reached by lift.

On-site amenities

The communal pool sits in the landscaped garden in front of the building, its infinity edge facing the sea. Inside, a second, heated pool is part of a wellness area with a sauna and loungers, and the gym has a cardio zone with treadmills and bikes as well as free weights. A solarium completes the shared spaces. The complex is gated.

Location

Kosmos lies on the green, inland side of Torremolinos, where the town meets the pine-covered hills. The beach at La Carihuela is about 1.7 km away, and the centre of Torremolinos, with its shops, schools and the train to Málaga, is a similar distance.
