Benidorm Beach — 2-Bedroom Apartment with Covered Terrace in Poniente, Benidorm

The Benidorm Beach tower stands at the western end of Benidorm, in the Poniente district, on the corner of Avenida Benisa and Avenida Villajoyosa. Its white balconies wrap the façade in wave-like bands, and from the upper floors the view runs along the bay and up to the mountains behind the town. The tower is finished, and the apartment on offer is new — never lived in and ready to move into. It sits on a middle floor: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, about 103 m² built and a covered terrace of around 20 m². The sea is roughly 500 m away.

The apartment

From the entrance hall, the kitchen sits to one side — about 7.7 m², with a breakfast bar facing the living room and a small utility gallery behind it. The living-dining room, around 22 m², opens onto the covered terrace, and the main bedroom (about 13 m²) has its own door to the same terrace. The second bedroom, about 10 m², lies off the hallway, as do the two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and double basin, the other with a shower. Air conditioning is pre-installed, the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, the windows are double glazed and the building has fibre optic. A space in the underground car park and a storage room come with the apartment.

Pools, sport and gardens

The tower stands on a gated plot with a video intercom at the entrance. Below it, a lagoon-shaped pool curls around an island with a round jacuzzi, reached by a white footbridge; in the evening the pool is lit from within. Children have their own pool and a splash area, and there is a chill-out corner under a white canopy, with lawns and palms around it. The site plan also shows two padel courts, a multi-sport court and an outdoor area for play and exercise. Higher up, on the 26th floor, a double-height space holds the gym and a heated indoor pool behind floor-to-ceiling glass, looking out over the city and the sea.

Location

Poniente is Benidorm’s quieter, residential side, with a long seafront promenade and the old town at the far end of the bay. From the tower, the nearest stretch of coast is about 500 m away and the beach of La Cala de Finestrat around 1.1 km. Shops and schools are close by, and golf courses lie a short drive inland.
