About the apartment

Sunset Waves is a pair of towers with 268 homes on the Poniente side of Benidorm, completed in 2021. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment (105 m² built) is on the 24th floor and faces south, so the terrace looks out over the Poniente towers to the open sea, with the beach below and the hills of Finestrat to one side. The living room opens onto the terrace through sliding glass doors, and the main bedroom also has its own door onto it.

The kitchen is open to the living area, divided from it only by a breakfast bar with stools: wood-toned units, white stone worktops, a built-in oven and microwave. The second bedroom is set up with twin beds and looks towards the mountains. Both bathrooms have showers, one of them with a double basin. The apartment is sold fully furnished and equipped, with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and heating. A parking space and a storeroom in the building are included in the price. A tourist licence is in place, so the new owner can continue short-term letting under the current rules.
