Blume — 4-Bedroom Detached Villas near the Beach in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella

Only three villas are being built at Blume, and two of them are still available. They stand on the beach side of San Pedro de Alcántara, in the stretch of low-rise homes between the town and Puerto Banús, around 360 m from the sea — close enough to walk to the promenade, the beach clubs and the restaurants along this part of the coast. Both are detached four-bedroom houses with built areas of about 763 and 844 m², designed with clean horizontal lines, large glazed openings and flat roofs.

Inside the villas

The layouts are open-plan, with the living spaces opening straight onto the garden. Each house has a designer kitchen with high-end appliances, minimalist built-in joinery and finishes from leading international brands. Between San Pedro and Puerto Banús

San Pedro’s centre, with its schools and shops, is a short drive inland; Puerto Banús and its marina lie a few minutes east, and the golf courses of Guadalmina and Nueva Andalucía are close by.
