About Cabopino Gardens

Cabopino Gardens is a scheme of just five contemporary villas on the eastern edge of Marbella, set on a slope above the golf course with the sea, the little port of Cabopino and, on clear days, the coast of North Africa in view. Four of the five are still available. Every villa has five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing rooms, and the houses differ mainly in scale — from about 580 m² built to just over 900 m² for the largest. Living rooms are generous and open onto wide glazed terraces; each villa has its own infinity pool. In the renders the houses are white and grey blocks stacked in levels on stone retaining walls, with glass-sided pools projecting over the garage floor. One villa is finished and ready to hand over; the other three are due between October and December 2026.

Location — Cabopino, Marbella

Cabopino is where the municipality of Marbella runs out to the east: a pocket of pine woods and golf between the coastal road and the hills, with a small marina and the protected dunes of Artola down by the shore. It is noticeably calmer than the stretch around Puerto Banús or the Golden Mile. The sea is about 900 metres from the villas. Marbella town is roughly fifteen minutes west by car, Fuengirola about the same distance east, and Málaga airport under forty minutes away.
