Solara is a gated community of seven contemporary villas on the upper slopes of Altos de los Monteros, east of Marbella. Two of them are offered here as turnkey off-plan projects: a five-bedroom villa on a 1,006 m² plot and a six-bedroom villa on 983 m². The price includes the plot, the building licence, the architectural project and the construction of the finished house, so the buyer takes delivery of a completed villa rather than managing the build. Handover is scheduled for spring 2028.

The villas

Both houses follow the same design language: clean horizontal volumes stepped down the hillside, floor-to-ceiling glazing across the sea-facing side, and open-plan living areas that run straight out to the terraces. Altos de los Monteros is the pine-covered hill that rises behind the Los Monteros and Río Real area, about five kilometres east of Marbella's centre. It is one of the quietest residential pockets on this side of town: low-density villas and small gated communities on a slope, with the sea in front and the Sierra Blanca behind. Playa de Los Monteros and the beach clubs along it are just over two kilometres down the hill, and the Río Real golf course, the Costa del Sol hospital and the A-7 junction are all within a few minutes' drive.
