Location — Los Nietos

Los Nietos is a lagoon village between Los Urrutias and Mar de Cristal, and the terminus of the narrow-gauge railway from Cartagena. It keeps a promenade, a sailing club, shoreline restaurants known for caldero, and a sandy beach — the villas are around 100 m from the water. Parks, sports facilities and everyday shops are within the village.

Cabo de Palos and the open Mediterranean are fifteen minutes by car, La Manga Club's golf courses fifteen, Cartagena city and the Santa Lucía hospital about twenty. Murcia airport at Corvera is about forty-five minutes, Alicante about an hour and a quarter.
