About the La Azohía townhouses

This is a pair of new townhouses in La Azohía, the small village at the eastern end of the Bay of Mazarrón, standing one street back from the seafront road and about 80 metres from the water. Both homes are available, and completion is planned for June 2027. Each house is built over three levels. The front door opens into a living and dining room with the kitchen along one wall and the staircase rising beside it; the ground floor also has a guest WC and a small extra room, which in one of the two homes is listed as a third bedroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a balcony, a second bedroom and a family bathroom. The top level is a roof solarium with a jacuzzi, looking out over the bay. Built areas are about 75 and 78 m².

The renders show white façades with panels of terracotta-coloured tiles, French balconies with white railings, and a front courtyard behind a white metal fence, part of it laid out as a parking space for one car and part as a small patio with planters. The houses face east and west, so the rooms get light at both ends of the day and air can pass straight through. Two of the images are drone photos of the actual street with the houses drawn in.

Location — La Azohía

La Azohía is a former fishing village strung along a palm-lined promenade at the foot of the hills that run out towards Cabo Tiñoso. Playa de La Chapineta, a beach of shingle and sand, is about 150 metres from the houses, and the old watchtower of Santa Elena stands at the far end of the promenade, about a kilometre away. Isla Plana is four kilometres to the west along the coast, and the harbour of Puerto de Mazarrón about nine.
