About Casa Gloria

Casa Gloria is a single new building in the old town of Marbella, drawn to sit quietly among the whitewashed streets rather than stand out from them. Behind the traditional elevation are just five homes — three two-bedroom apartments of 82 to 97 m² and two three-bedroom duplexes of 173 and 181 m² — over a commercial unit at street level. It is a rare thing on this coast: a brand-new home inside the historic centre, not a compound on its edge.

Location — Marbella Old Town

The old town is Marbella at its most personal: orange trees on Plaza de los Naranjos, tapas counters in lanes too narrow for cars, and the fifteenth-century church a few corners away. From the door of Casa Gloria the sea is about 340 m — Playa de Venus and the promenade — with the marina and the Alameda park in between.

Everything after that is convenience: shops and markets on foot, the bus station minutes away, Puerto Banús ten minutes along the coast and Málaga airport about forty-five minutes by the AP-7. Living here means owning a piece of the town every visitor walks to first.
