Edificio Bahia Center — 1 and 3-Bedroom Apartments with Rooftop Pool, Torrevieja

Edificio Bahia Center is a new residential building in the centre of Torrevieja, a few streets back from the seafront, with the sea about 350 metres away. Work is due to start in September 2026, with completion planned for November 2027. Seven apartments are offered: one with a single bedroom on the top floor, four three-bedroom homes on the middle floors and two larger three-bedroom apartments at the top.

The apartments

The three-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms, the main one en suite, while the one-bedroom unit has a single bathroom. Kitchens are delivered fully fitted and open onto the living room, which leads out to a covered private terrace. The specification is solid rather than showy: a reinforced-concrete structure, porcelain floors, aluminium windows with double glazing, motorised shutters, fitted wardrobes and pre-installation for air conditioning. Hot water comes from an aerothermal system, which keeps running costs down. The visualisations show the top-floor homes arranged over two levels, with an open staircase leading up from the living area. Each apartment has a private parking space in the building's garage, and a lift serves every floor.

On-site amenities

The building's shared pool sits on the roof, with sun loungers around it and open views over the town. The top-floor apartments add their own private roof solariums alongside. The entrance is at street level with entry-phone access, and the building is designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Location

Bahia Center stands in the town centre, with shops, schools, the church and public transport within a short walk and the port and seafront promenade close by — a practical base for living in Torrevieja all year round.
