About Lagos de Covadonga

Lagos de Covadonga is the second residential area of Lagoons Village, set on its own gated plot of about 39,000 m² in El Chaparral, on the northern edge of Torrevieja. It is being built in two phases; the current release covers blocks 2 and 3, four-storey buildings of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The building licence was granted in August 2026 and construction is under way.

Ground-floor homes open onto a private garden with its own gate to the communal grounds. On the third floor, an internal staircase leads up to a private roof solarium with a barbecue, sink, shower and pre-installation for a jacuzzi. The floors in between have a terrace off the living room. Hot water comes from an aerothermal heat pump, air conditioning is ducted hot and cold, and the bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. Kitchens are fitted with quartz worktops, and floors, tiles and kitchen colours can be chosen from a catalogue at no extra cost. Every home has a parking space, and most include a storage room.

On-site amenities

The layout keeps cars out of sight. Ramps lead straight down to the basement car park, where every space is pre-wired for an EV charger, and above ground there are only footpaths, gardens and a decorative lake. Each phase is built around its own central garden with a 150 m² salt-water pool, a children's splash pool, a heated jacuzzi and a play area. Entrances are gated and covered by CCTV, and lifts run from every floor down to the car park. Owners also have use of the Lagoons Village Sport & Wellness Club: gym, heated pools, spa, sports courts and coworking space.

Location

El Chaparral lies between the Lagunas de La Mata Natural Park and the pink Laguna Rosa. The N-332 and A-7 are close by, and Cala La Zorra is about 2.6 km away. The Habaneras shopping centre and Quirónsalud hospital are a short drive, and Alicante–Elche airport is roughly 40 minutes.
