JADE 2 — Apartments in Two Towers by Cantal Roig Beach, Calpe

JADE 2 is a pair of new residential towers in Calpe, about 300 metres from Platja del Cantal Roig, the small town beach beside the fishing port. Twenty-eight apartments are currently offered across the two towers: two- and three-bedroom apartments on the middle floors and a single four-bedroom penthouse. The site sits between the town and the sea, with the Peñón de Ifach in view from the terraces.

The apartments

Every home has an open-plan kitchen and living room opening onto a large private terrace oriented towards the Mediterranean. The specification is complete on delivery: porcelain floors and bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, automatic blinds, air conditioning, a column oven and integrated appliances, soft-close kitchen cabinets and exterior joinery with thermal break. Each apartment comes with its own underground parking space and a storage room; the building is wired for fibre optic and carries photovoltaic panels on the roof.

On-site amenities

The two towers share a landscaped garden at ground level with a communal pool and a separate children's pool. Residents also have a gym and a padel court within the complex, and the roof terraces give a sea-and-mountain panorama across Calpe bay and the salt lagoon.

Location — Calpe

Calpe is the Costa Blanca town built around the Peñón de Ifach, the limestone rock that rises straight out of the sea. JADE 2 stands in the Cantal Roig quarter at the foot of the rock, where the fishing port, the seafood restaurants along the harbour and the sheltered Cantal Roig beach are all a few minutes' walk away. The old town and everyday shops lie a short walk inland, and the long sands of Playa de la Fossa are on the far side of the Peñón.
