La Gomera Star — 3-Bedroom Villas in Aguas Nuevas, Torrevieja

La Gomera Star is a new development in Aguas Nuevas, a residential district in the north of Torrevieja, made up of 15 villas and a separate building with 16 apartments. This listing covers the villas: three-bedroom homes with three bathrooms and about 116 m² of built area. Two villas are currently available, with completion scheduled for December 2026.

The villas

The renders show the villas set in a row, each with a small private pool on the ground-floor terrace, a second terrace upstairs and a solarium on the roof. The villas share the development with the apartment building. In the renders the communal area next to it has a swimming pool with a lawn, a covered pavilion with fitness equipment and palm-planted gardens; an aerial view shows the pool between the apartment building and the row of villas.

Aguas Nuevas is a residential part of Torrevieja with shops and restaurants close by, and the town centre and its seafront promenade are within easy reach. The sea is about 760 m from the development, and so is the nearest beach, Cala Higuera. Golf courses are nearby.
