Sunset Lake Views is a development of detached villas in Aguas Nuevas, Torrevieja, close to the Pink Lagoon — the salt lake whose water turns pink in the sunlight. Every villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and about 142 m² of built area, with its own pool, a solarium on the roof and a basement level. The villas

The entrance hall leads into an open-plan living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the terrace. The kitchen combines dark handleless units with an island and marble-effect worktops. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom; the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom, and fitted wardrobes are included. The villas are pre-installed for ducted air conditioning and come with photovoltaic solar panels. Below the house, a basement with a sectional garage door serves as garage and storage.

Each villa has a private pool with a strip of garden beside it and a covered terrace under a slatted pergola, with room for an outdoor dining table and a lounge set. A side terrace runs along the house, and an outdoor staircase leads up to the private roof solarium: a large open terrace with a glass balustrade and views across the Pink Lagoon to the hills beyond.

Location

Aguas Nuevas is a residential part of Torrevieja with shops and services close by. The sea is about 1.7 km from the development and La Zorra beach about 1.9 km. The Pink Lagoon, part of the Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja natural park, is in view from the roof. Golf courses and the marina are a short drive away.
