Sunrise Hills — 3-Bedroom Detached Villas in Los Balcones, Torrevieja

Sunrise Hills is a small group of detached villas on a residential street in Los Balcones, Torrevieja, where the ground rises gently among pine trees and older family houses. Each villa sits on its own walled plot with a private pool, a garden and a roof terrace. Three villas are currently offered, all with the same layout: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 120 m² built. Handover is planned for the end of 2026.

The villas

The plots follow the slope, and the renders show how the houses use it. From the pool terrace each villa reads as a single storey, with the living room opening through wide sliding glass onto a covered porch and the pool. From the street it becomes two levels: the lower one opens onto the driveway, with room for two cars, and onto a lower strip of garden. An outdoor spiral staircase leads up to the solarium on the roof. Inside, the villas come with underfloor heating, pre-installed air conditioning, electric blinds and fitted wardrobes, plus a utility room.

Outdoor space

Outdoor living is split across three levels: the pool terrace with room for loungers and an outdoor sofa, the lawned garden edged with palms and planting, and the private roof solarium above. The plots are enclosed by walls and slatted fencing.

Location — Los Balcones

Los Balcones is an established residential area on the inland side of Torrevieja, with shopping centres, medical services and schools nearby. The streets around the villas are lined with established detached houses, many with their own pools, and stands of pine trees break up the low-rise housing. The sea is about 2.5 km away, and the nearest beach, Cala de lo Ferri, about 2.6 km.
