La Vista Boulevard — 3-Bedroom Detached Villas near Zenia Boulevard

La Vista Boulevard is a small development of eight contemporary detached villas in Orihuela Costa, in the residential belt between La Zenia and Villamartín. Every villa follows the same plan — three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a single open living, dining and kitchen space — and each stands on its own walled plot. Two villas are currently offered.

The villas

The living area opens through floor-to-ceiling glazing onto the terrace and garden, so kitchen, lounge and outdoor space work as one room. The kitchen is delivered fully fitted, with white gloss units, Silestone worktops and branded appliances, and there is a separate utility gallery. Plot and outdoor space

The finished villa in the photographs has a private pool set into the garden, artificial lawn and a covered terrace beside the living room; parking is inside the plot.

Location

The villas stand about a kilometre from the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and a similar distance from Villamartín Plaza, with the Villamartín, Las Colinas and Real Club de Golf Campoamor courses a few minutes' drive away. The beaches of La Zenia are roughly 2.5 km from the development.
