Samara Villas — 3-Bedroom Detached Villas in Blue Lagoon, Orihuela Costa

Samara Villas is a small group of detached, contemporary houses in Blue Lagoon, the residential district of Orihuela Costa that borders Villamartín. Every villa stands on its own plot with a private pool, and every one has three bedrooms. The houses come in two sizes: a more compact home with two bathrooms and a considerably larger one with three.

Inside the villas

The visuals show white rendered façades with natural stone or timber details and generous glazing. The kitchen is open to the living area; the visuals show two finishes, one in light grey and one in sage green with a white splashback. The bedrooms open through full-height sliding glass doors onto terraces with room for planters and a chair or two, and the bathrooms have walk-in showers behind glass screens. The specification includes air conditioning for heating and cooling, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and a parking space on the plot.

Pool and garden

Outdoor living is the point of these houses. Each villa has its own swimming pool and a private garden with Mediterranean planting and paved paths. Blue Lagoon sits on the inland side of Orihuela Costa, with the golf courses of the area close by and supermarkets, schools and restaurants a short drive away. The coast is about 4.5 km from the villas, with the beaches and coves of Orihuela Costa along it.
