About the development

Lakeview Bungalows is a phase of modern ground- and top-floor bungalows inside Condado de Alhama Golf Resort — one of the largest gated resorts in the Murcia region, built around a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. The homes come in two formats: two-bedroom bungalows of 68 m² and three-bedroom homes of 90 m², ground-floor units with private gardens and top-floor units with roof solariums, all facing the resort's lake and greenery.

Interiors follow the clean Scandinavian-Mediterranean line of the newest resort phases: open kitchen-living rooms, wood-tone joinery, full glazing to the terrace. The two-bedroom phase completes at the end of 2027, the three-bedroom homes by spring 2028 — an early-buyer window with the resort's rental machine already running around them.
