About Lofts Aguilera

Lofts Aguilera is a small new development of just three homes in Benalúa, one of Alicante's established city neighbourhoods a short walk from the port. Each home is built as a true loft: double-height ceilings over an open living space, a mezzanine logic to the layout, and light that reaches deep into the plan. All three have their own independent entrance from the street and a private terrace — a rare combination in a city-centre building.

Interiors run from 82 to 90 m² with one bedroom and one bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen open to the living space, and hot-and-cold air conditioning. Location — Benalúa, Alicante

Benalúa is a grid of early-twentieth-century streets between the centre of Alicante and the port — a neighbourhood where the city actually lives: bakeries, small restaurants, schools and a park within a couple of blocks. The Explanada, the marina and the old town are all walkable, and the tram and main rail station connect the rest of the coast.

The sea is about 1.2 km away, with Sant Gabriel beach at 1.6 km; the long sand of the Postiguet is a similar walk in the other direction, past the port. Alicante-Elche airport is roughly a quarter of an hour by car — closer than from most of the coastal towns further south.
