Luxy Sancha is a set of fifteen apartments in a historic building on Monte Sancha, the seafront hill immediately east of Málaga's centre. The building has been restored rather than replaced: the original structure and street elevation are kept, with contemporary finishes inside. Twelve homes remain available, from studios to three bedrooms.

This is a city product, not a coastal one, and the layouts show it. Interiors run from 42 to 110 m² — compact by Costa del Sol standards, generous by the standards of a restored building in a capital. Studios and one-bedroom homes occupy the lower and middle floors; the larger three-bedroom apartments sit above. The communal roof carries an infinity pool facing the sea.

Location — Monte Sancha, Málaga Este

Monte Sancha is part of Málaga Este, the residential shore that runs from the port eastwards through El Limonar to Pedregalejo and El Palo. These are the city's most sought-after addresses: quiet streets on the hillside, the sea a few minutes below, and the cathedral and Calle Larios about ten minutes away in the other direction.

The practical case for the city over the coast is the calendar. Málaga has around six hundred thousand residents, a university and some thirty museums within walking distance of each other, so the neighbourhood works in February as it does in August. The airport is nine kilometres out with a train into the centre, and the AVE reaches Madrid in under three hours.
