Luz de Cala Ratjada is a new-build residential project at the easternmost tip of Mallorca, in Cala Ratjada, about 600 metres from the port. The complex is set among pine-covered terrain and sits within walking distance of several swimming coves with clear turquoise water.

The villas are designed in a contemporary Mediterranean style — semi-detached layouts with three bedrooms and three bathrooms (some with an additional bathroom and a basement level), private gardens, and a private pool, with large glazed openings and covered terraces connecting living areas to the outdoors.

Location — Cala Ratjada, Capdepera

Cala Ratjada is the easternmost village on Mallorca, inside the municipality of Capdepera. Once a quiet fishing port, it has grown into a residential and holiday destination while keeping the working marina, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Several of the island's best-known swimming coves — Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Cala Gat, Cala Lliteres — sit close by, in protected pine-covered terrain.

Palma de Mallorca airport is around 80 km away (roughly an hour and ten minutes by car). The northeast corner of the island is the greenest and least built-up, with much of the surrounding land inside the Llevant Natural Park.
