About Málaga Towers

Three four-bedroom penthouses in a tower on the Málaga waterfront, delivered and ready to occupy. The layouts are double-width, which is what makes them read as houses rather than flats: the living space runs uninterrupted from one side of the floorplate to the other, and every room takes the frontline view of the coast, the city and the mountains behind it.

Each has a private terrace with a jacuzzi. The principal suite has its own bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe; the three remaining bedrooms have their own bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully fitted with Miele appliances and opens into the living and dining space.

Location — Málaga waterfront

The tower stands on the shore west of the port, about 280 metres from the water, with Playa Sacaba the beach directly below. The historic centre — cathedral, Alcazaba, Calle Larios, the market at Atarazanas — is a short ride east along the front.

Málaga works as a city rather than a resort: some six hundred thousand residents, a university, the province's main hospitals, and around thirty museums within walking distance of one another. The airport is nine kilometres out with a train into the centre, and the AVE reaches Madrid in under three hours.
