Miramar 34 — 3 and 4-Bedroom Duplexes in El Limonar, Málaga

Miramar 34 is a small residential project of five duplexes in El Limonar, the villa district on the eastern side of Málaga that rises from the seafront towards the hills. Three of the five homes are already sold; two remain — a three-bedroom and a four-bedroom duplex. The building licence is in place and the homes are sold off-plan, so the remaining buyers can follow the build from its first stage. The architecture is white and cubic, with terraces stepping back floor by floor and planted gardens along the front.

The duplexes

The three-bedroom duplex has three bathrooms, so each bedroom has its own; the four-bedroom home has four full bathrooms plus a guest cloakroom. The living space is open plan: the kitchen, fitted with top-of-the-range appliances and an island, runs straight into the living and dining room, and wide sliding doors open onto the terraces or the garden. Outdoor space is what sets these homes apart from the apartments of the area.
