Monte Sancha 28 — 2-Bedroom Duplex with Sea-View Solarium, Málaga Este

Monte Sancha 28 is a small, completed building of three homes on Monte Sancha, the residential hillside of Málaga Este that rises behind the beaches of La Malagueta and La Caleta. The sea is about 260 metres away, and from the solarium the view runs over the tiled rooftops to the Mediterranean.

The duplex

The home has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms over two levels, connected by a staircase with patterned tiled risers.
