About the development

NAVEN is a wellbeing-led new-build residence by Nuovit Homes, set on the northern edge of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. It is built on a single conviction — that a home should actively shape how well you live.

The development gathers 164 one- to four-bedroom apartments, garden homes and penthouses, designed by architecture studios T10 and Alberro with interiors by InteriorLab. Most open onto deep terraces that frame sea, mountain and panoramic views, with layouts ranging from intimate one-bedroom apartments to whole-floor penthouses.

The concept rests on four foundations — prevention, active longevity, emotional regulation and recovery — drawn from the Mediterranean "blue zone" way of living, where climate, movement and connection sustain health over time. Homes come in two lines under one standard of quality: the Naven Collection and 50 Naven Signature residences, the latter adding bespoke joinery, advanced Miele kitchens and private pools on the terrace. Prices range from €375,000 to €1,990,000.

Water & wellness. A skylit indoor heated pool sits at the heart of the scheme, alongside outdoor pools, sun decks and a spa with sauna, hammam, thermal-contrast circuits and private treatment rooms for massage and recovery — wellbeing built into everyday life rather than added on.

Homes, finishes & air. Interiors run on large-format porcelain that flows from living space to terrace, fully fitted kitchens, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with brushed-copper fittings; Signature homes add Miele combi-steam ovens, wine cellars and Quooker taps. Aerothermal systems, solar power and double-flow ventilation with heat recovery and HEPA filtration cut energy use by around 88%, for an A energy rating and BREEAM-certified sustainability.

Location

NAVEN occupies a strategic enclave in northern Fuengirola, minutes from Los Boliches and its beach, the seafront promenade and the Loma del Real park. The Cercanías train station, the A-7 motorway and the town's shops, international schools and Quirónsalud and Vithas hospitals are all close at hand.

The beach is about five minutes away, while Málaga and Marbella are each roughly 25 minutes by car and Málaga–Costa del Sol airport around 20 minutes — putting the whole western Costa del Sol within easy reach.
