About the development
NAVEN is a wellbeing-led new-build residence by Nuovit Homes, set on the northern edge of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. It is built on a single conviction — that a home should actively shape how well you live.
The development gathers 164 one- to four-bedroom apartments, garden homes and penthouses, designed by architecture studios T10 and Alberro with interiors by InteriorLab. NAVEN occupies a strategic enclave in northern Fuengirola, minutes from Los Boliches and its beach, the seafront promenade and the Loma del Real park. The Cercanías train station, the A-7 motorway and the town's shops, international schools and Quirónsalud and Vithas hospitals are all close at hand.
The beach is about five minutes away, while Málaga and Marbella are each roughly 25 minutes by car and Málaga–Costa del Sol airport around 20 minutes — putting the whole western Costa del Sol within easy reach.
