About Nova Marina

Nova Marina is a completed complex of 127 homes in Los Boliches, the eastern quarter of Fuengirola, a few minutes’ walk from the seafront. The building is easy to pick out from the street: its balconies are drawn as continuous curves, so each floor ripples along the façade in white bands with glass railings, and climbing plants trail down from several of the terraces. Six homes are available now. One is a two-bedroom apartment of about 84 m², four are three-bedroom apartments of 106–110 m² on the middle floors, and the sixth is a three-bedroom penthouse of about 105 m². Every home has two bathrooms. The building is finished and the homes can be handed over straight away; the images in the gallery are visualisations.

The apartments face north-east or south-east. In the renders the upper terraces look over the rooftops to the Sierra de Mijas, and some living rooms look out to sea. The kitchen is part of the living space, in some layouts with an island. Several top-floor homes include attic rooms with sloping ceilings and skylights. Electric blinds, fitted wardrobes and hot-and-cold air conditioning come as standard.

Location — Los Boliches

Los Boliches is the eastern side of Fuengirola, a grid of residential streets running down to the seafront promenade. From Nova Marina the sea is about 270 metres away and Fuengirola’s marina roughly 400 metres. Fuengirola station, the last stop on the Cercanías line to Málaga, is about 250 metres from the building, and shops, schools and everyday services are all within walking distance.
