Torre Biznaga — 2 and 3-Bedroom Apartments in Carvajal, Fuengirola

Torre Biznaga is a residential tower in Carvajal, on the eastern edge of Fuengirola, about 200 metres from the sea. Ten homes are currently offered: two- and three-bedroom apartments on the middle floors and a three-bedroom duplex penthouse, one of the Skyvillas at the top of the building. The homes face east, south and west, and the upper floors look out over the Mediterranean.

The apartments

Every apartment has a large private terrace, partly covered, laid out as an outdoor dining and living room with sea views. Inside, the kitchen is fully fitted and open to the living area, bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and hot-and-cold air conditioning is included. Each home comes with a parking space and a storage room; the Skyvilla duplexes have two parking spaces, larger storage and — on the renders — a jacuzzi on the terrace.

On-site amenities

The shared wellness area is the centrepiece of the building: an outdoor pool in the gardens, a heated indoor pool, and an infinity pool reserved for adults with views out to sea. It is completed by a sauna, a Turkish bath and a fully equipped gym, plus a coworking lounge for residents who work from home. A 24-hour concierge service looks after the building, and lifts serve every floor.

Carvajal is the quieter eastern end of Fuengirola’s coastline, known for its beach bars and restaurants along the seafront. The sea is about 200 metres from the building and Carvajal beach about 600 metres, with shops and schools close by and Fuengirola’s town centre about 3.5 km along the coast.
