About O-Porto Beach

O-Porto Beach is a small building of eight apartments on Calle Magallanes in Torre de la Horadada, one street back from Playa del Conde and next to the yacht club and marina. The renders show a low white block whose balconies and terraces are framed with blue-and-white patterned tiles. Two ground-floor homes are currently for sale: one with one bedroom and one bathroom (about 56 m²) and one with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (about 73 m²). Completion is scheduled for June 2027.

The shared space is on the roof: according to the project description, the top-floor terrace holds the communal pool, a barbecue area and a sun deck. In the visualisations the pool is a raised basin set in artificial lawn, with a dining table under a pergola and an outdoor kitchen with two grills against a wall of blue tiles. Indoors, they show kitchens with light wood wall units and blue-tiled splashbacks, rattan pendant lamps over the dining table, and bathrooms finished in patterned blue tiles with round mirrors. The apartments come with a fitted kitchen, fitted wardrobes, a private terrace and ducting ready for air conditioning.

Location — Torre de la Horadada

Torre de la Horadada is the coastal part of Pilar de la Horadada, the southernmost municipality in the province of Alicante, and takes its name from the 16th-century watchtower that still stands on the seafront. Playa del Conde is about 180 m from the building, the yacht club is round the corner, and the cafés and shops of the village centre are a short walk away. Playa de las Higuericas lies roughly 1.7 km to the south; the Lo Romero golf course and the AP-7 motorway are a short drive inland, and both Alicante and Región de Murcia airports are within about an hour.
