Oasis Laguna 2 is the continuation of one of the most successful resort communities at El Raso, Guardamar del Segura — low white blocks set in a huge landscaped park right at the edge of the protected La Mata salt lagoon, the famous "pink lake" of the Costa Blanca South. The remaining homes are two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments of 64 m² with wide terraces; upper units look across the lagoon's changing colours to the sea beyond.

Location — El Raso, Guardamar del Segura

El Raso sits between the La Mata natural park and the commercial strip of southern Guardamar: supermarkets, bars and restaurants are minutes away by foot or car, while flamingo-dotted lagoon trails start literally across the road. Guardamar's endless dune-backed beaches are around five minutes by car, La Mata and Torrevieja slightly further south.

Alicante airport is roughly 35 minutes via the AP-7, and the area holds strong year-round rental demand from Scandinavian and Dutch winter residents — a proven track record older phases of this same resort have already demonstrated.
