Pine Valley Villas — 3-Bedroom Villas and Townhouses in La Cala de Mijas

Pine Valley Villas is the third phase of an established residential community in the pine-covered hills of El Chaparral, above La Cala de Mijas. The phase combines detached villas with a new row of townhouses: 37 homes are currently offered, 26 detached villas and 11 townhouses, all with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and around 141–146 m² of built space.

The homes

The townhouses, new to this phase, bring the kitchen, dining and living areas together in one open space at street level, with all three bedrooms arranged privately upstairs. Each has a garden of up to 80 m² and direct access from the street, and a private road is reserved for the townhouses alone. The detached villas also have three bedrooms and three bathrooms; on the renders each stands on its own plot with a private pool. Homes come with a private garden, covered and open terraces, an en-suite main bedroom, fitted wardrobes, a utility room and storage, home-automation controls and private parking.

Shared amenities

Phase III adds a new set of shared amenities focused on wellbeing, open to residents of all three phases of the community, and the communal pool is only a short walk from the townhouses.

The community lies on a green hillside in the El Chaparral area of La Cala de Mijas, about 800 m from the sea and roughly 850 m from Playa de Las Doradas. The aerial views on the renders look out over the pinewoods towards the coast. Shops and everyday services are close by.
