Residencial Tossal Gross — 3-Bedroom Semi-Detached Houses below the Montgó, Dénia

Residencial Tossal Gross is a small community of semi-detached houses on the southern side of Dénia, below the slopes of the Montgó Natural Park. It has been built in phases: the first part of phase three, twelve houses with their communal pools, is finished and handed over, and the current homes belong to the final phase of fourteen. Three of them are offered at the moment; the completion date for this phase is available on request.

The houses

Each house is built over three levels, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms; the main bedroom is en suite, and a two-bedroom layout can be arranged. The ground floor is open-plan, with the kitchen joined to the living area and glass doors onto a covered terrace facing south. At the top of the house sits a private solarium looking out to the Montgó. Photovoltaic panels are part of the specification, air conditioning is pre-installed, and every home has private parking for more than one car with an electric-vehicle charging point. For this last phase, the façades are finished in a different composite colour from the earlier houses, which sets them apart within the community.

On-site amenities

The houses share landscaped communal gardens with a swimming pool, a separate children's pool and a play area. Access is by entry phone, and the development is designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Location

The community lies between the town and the Montgó massif, about 1.6 km from the sea; the nearest beach, Marineta Cassiana, is roughly two kilometres away. Dénia's centre and port are a short drive to the north.
