Santa Clara Homes is a gated community of 104 homes on gently rising ground in the east of Marbella, beside a golf course and about 1.3 km from the sea. The penthouses

Each penthouse is laid out over two levels, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 150 to 156 m² built.
