Las Terrazas de Cortesín Bon Air is a development of 51 apartments and penthouses with two and three bedrooms, spread over six blocks on a hillside within Finca Cortesín, in the municipality of Casares. The blocks are spread thinly across the plot, and the homes step down the slope in terraces that look over the golf course towards the sea and the bay of Estepona, with the Sierra Bermeja behind. Completion is scheduled for October 2026. Location — Finca Cortesín

Finca Cortesín is an estate with a hotel and an 18-hole golf course on the hills between Estepona and the village of Casares, where open slopes and woodland still separate one development from the next. Bon Air sits high up on it, above the course. The sea is about 1.7 kilometres downhill, and the beaches on the Casares stretch of coast are a few minutes away by car. Estepona, with its old town and marina, is roughly ten minutes east.
