Villa Kubic Front Line is a new-build villa at Santa Rosalía Lake and Life Resort in Torre-Pacheco, set directly on the shore of the resort's freshwater lake. Only three frontline plots are released, each looking straight out over the water, with the warm beaches of the Mar Menor a short drive inland on the Costa Cálida.
