About Villas Areca

Villas Areca is a collection of just six new villas inside Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort in Torre-Pacheco — five over two storeys and one single-level home, five of which are currently available. Each villa carries three bedrooms and three bathrooms on 114 to 127 m², set on private plots of 180 to 265 m² that look over landscaped parkland rather than over a neighbour's fence.

The gardens face south-west and each holds its own pool of 17 to 21 m². Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort is built around its centrepiece: a large crystalline swimming lagoon with beaches, framed by gardens, sports facilities and restaurants. The resort sits outside Torre-Pacheco in the Murcia countryside, with the golf courses of the Mar Menor area a few minutes away.

The Mar Menor shore at Los Alcázares is about ten minutes by car, the open-sea beaches of La Manga a little further. Murcia's Corvera airport is roughly twenty-five minutes and Alicante-Elche about an hour — a resort address with two airports in reach.
