Villas Azahar is a collection of fifteen contemporary villas inside Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort, the gated community in Torre-Pacheco built around Europe's largest crystalline lagoon. Each villa follows the same single formula done well: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 114 m² of open-plan living that slides open onto a private terrace, landscaped garden and your own pool.

A basement level adds the storage and flexibility most resort villas lack, and parking is on your own plot. The current release offers four villas.

The resort's centrepiece is its swimmable crystal lagoon — the largest in Europe — and the beach club beside it is 175 metres from these villas. Outside the gates, Torre-Pacheco is Murcia's garden country: flat roads between artichoke fields, a proper Spanish market town ten minutes away and the Mar Menor's warm-water beaches at 3.5 km.

Golfers have La Torre and Mar Menor Golf Resort within a ten-minute drive, Región de Murcia airport is about twenty minutes, and Alicante's is just over an hour.
