Villas Alejandra XI El Recuerdo — 3-Bedroom Detached Villas in San Javier

Villas Alejandra XI El Recuerdo is the third phase of a small development of detached villas on the southern side of San Javier, the town that spreads between the Murcia plain and the Mar Menor. Six villas are currently offered, all with three bedrooms, a private pool and a roof terrace, each on its own plot in a residential urbanisation with the town’s shops and services close by.

The villas

Built areas run to 100–130 m², all on one level: an open-plan living and dining room joins the kitchen and opens through full-height sliding doors onto the pool terrace. The three bedrooms have white lacquered wardrobes with soft-close drawers and electric shutters; there are two bathrooms, and the largest villa adds a guest WC. The kitchen comes in gloss white or wood tones with quartz worktops and integrated appliances: induction hob with built-in extractor, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathrooms have glass-screened walk-in showers, wall-hung WCs, LED-backlit mirrors and heated towel rails. Ducted air conditioning heats and cools the whole house, and porcelain stoneware runs from the interior out onto the terraces.

Pool, garden and roof terrace

Each villa has its own pool lined in blue ceramic tiles, with built-in steps, white LED lighting and pre-installation for a heat pump, so the water can be warmed later on. The garden is landscaped with automatic irrigation, and parking is inside the plot. An outdoor staircase climbs from the pool terrace to the roof, where a terrace with a glass balustrade adds a second open-air space above the bedrooms.

Location — San Javier

The villas stand in a residential urbanisation south of San Javier’s town centre, with shops, schools and everyday services nearby. The shore of the Mar Menor at Santiago de la Ribera — promenade, sailing clubs and the sandy Playa de Barnuevo — is about 2.4 km away; the lagoon’s shallow, calm water warms up early and keeps the swimming season long.
