Alejandra XIV — 3-Bedroom Detached Villas in Los Alcázares

Alejandra XIV is the third phase of a small development of detached villas on the south-western side of Los Alcázares, the Mar Menor town known for its calm, shallow lagoon beaches. Seven houses are offered in this phase. Every villa stands on its own plot with a private pool and garden, and all have three bedrooms; the delivery date is confirmed on request.

The villas

The houses are laid out on a single level, with the living room, kitchen and bedrooms all opening through large sliding glass doors onto the pool terrace. Five villas of 103–106 m² have two bathrooms; the two largest, at 130 m², add a third bathroom so that each bedroom has its own. The kitchen is delivered fully fitted with quartz worktops and integrated appliances — induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine — and runs into the dining and living area around a central island. Ducted air conditioning heats and cools every room, bedrooms have electric shutters and white fitted wardrobes, and the bathrooms come with walk-in showers, wall-hung toilets and heated towel rails. Floors are large-format porcelain tiles inside and out, which keeps the transition to the terrace seamless.

Pool, garden and roof terrace

Each villa has a tiled private pool with built-in steps and LED lighting, prepared for a heat pump, set in a landscaped garden with automatic irrigation. An outside staircase leads up to a roof terrace with space for a lounge, a dining area under a pergola and an outdoor kitchen, with open views over the surrounding low-rise streets. Parking is on the plot.

Location — Los Alcázares

The villas are about 1 km from the Mar Menor shore and a short drive from the La Serena golf course. The town centre, with its promenade, shops and restaurants, is within easy reach, and the Región de Murcia airport at Corvera is roughly half an hour away.
