Villas Alejandra XII — 3-Bedroom Detached Villas at La Serena Golf, Los Alcázares

Villas Alejandra XII is a small group of detached villas on the La Serena Golf side of Los Alcázares, the residential district that spreads between the town and the course, about 1.2 km from the Mar Menor. Three villas are currently offered, each on its own plot of between 246 and 384 m² with a private pool, garden and parking space inside the gate. All three follow the same single-storey design with three bedrooms, open-plan living and high ceilings, and the finishes can be personalised while the house is being built. The completion date is confirmed on request.

The villas

The smallest villa has 109 m² built and two bathrooms; the two larger ones have 140 m² and three bathrooms, so each bedroom has its own. Living room, dining area and kitchen share one bright space with full-height sliding glass that opens straight onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted, with an island and breakfast bar, an integrated dishwasher and a combined gas and induction hob. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, every bedroom has fitted wardrobes, and laundry has its own utility room. Air conditioning handles both heating and cooling, the windows are double-glazed, and each villa includes a storage room.

Garden, pool and solarium

Everything outdoors is private. Each villa has its own long pool set into a paved terrace, a lawned garden framed by white walls and Mediterranean planting, a parking space inside the plot and a roof solarium for the evening sun. The larger plots leave noticeably more garden around the house, with room for an outdoor dining area and shade.

The villas stand on the edge of La Serena Golf, an 18-hole course laid out around a string of lakes on the inland side of Los Alcázares. The town centre, with its shops, restaurants and weekly market, is a few minutes away by car, and the promenade and calm, shallow beaches of the Mar Menor are around 1.2 km from the plots. Los Alcázares lives all year round rather than only in summer, which suits permanent residents as well as owners who come for winter golf.
