Waldorf Astoria — 2 and 3-Bedroom Apartments and Penthouse in Benijófar

Waldorf Astoria is a residential building in the centre of Benijófar, a small village in the Vega Baja del Segura on the Costa Blanca South. The project combines ground-floor apartments, first-floor apartments and penthouses, most of them with two bedrooms, in a low-rise block along the street.

The apartments

The two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and a living area where the kitchen opens onto the lounge. Each home comes with a private terrace, fitted wardrobes and a storage room, and the air conditioning is pre-installed. A three-bedroom apartment on a middle floor and a two-bedroom penthouse complete the current offer. The renders show glass-fronted balconies, timber-clad terrace fronts and planted terraces on the upper levels, with roof terraces on top of the building.

On-site amenities

Residents share communal garden areas and communal parking; on the renders part of the parking is covered, at street level beneath the building. The apartments face north, east or west, and the upper floors look out towards the mountains inland.

Location — Benijófar

Benijófar is a small village in the Vega Baja del Segura, about 8 km from the coast. The building stands in the village centre with shops and schools nearby, so everyday errands can be done on foot. Golf courses and natural parks lie in the wider area around the village.
