About Ykines

Ykines is a boutique residential building about 400 m from the beach in Torremolinos, on the eastern side of town towards Playamar. Twenty-one homes are available, all with one or two bedrooms: garden suites on the ground floor that come with a private pool or jacuzzi in their own garden, middle-floor apartments with wide terraces, and top-floor penthouses with panoramic views over the town to the sea. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2029.

Location — Torremolinos

Torremolinos is the closest resort town to Málaga — the C1 suburban train runs through it to the airport in about ten minutes and to Málaga’s María Zambrano station in twenty — and the town has been rebuilding its 1960s seafront one block at a time. The building sits inland of the eastern beaches, where the seven-kilometre promenade begins its run west past Playamar and Bajondillo to La Carihuela; the beach is a short walk, the shops of the Avenida Palma de Mallorca and the town centre about fifteen minutes on foot. The Parador golf course and the Aqualand park are ten minutes by car, Benalmádena’s Puerto Marina fifteen.
