ZEW Elviria is a gated community of eighty-eight duplex apartments at the top of Elviria Hill in Marbella East, set in pine forest with open views of the Sierra Blanca. Twenty-one homes are available in the current release, and completion is scheduled for the beginning of 2029. The architecture is minimalist and low-rise, arranged so that the blocks sit among the trees rather than replacing them, with walking paths and lawns between the buildings.

Two layouts are on offer. The ground-floor duplexes have three bedrooms and three bathrooms on 175–177 m², with a private garden opening from the living room; some can incorporate a fourth bedroom as a study. The penthouse duplexes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms on 151 m², with a solarium above. Location — Elviria Hill, Marbella East

Elviria is the residential heart of Marbella East, twelve kilometres from the old town, known for the pine-covered hills that rise behind its beaches and for the international schools that make it the family end of Marbella. The community sits at the top of the hill, so the setting is forest and mountain rather than seafront; the supermarkets, restaurants and shops of the Elviria centre are five minutes down the road, the beaches of Elviria and Artola with the Cabopino dunes about ten, and the golf courses of Santa María and Santa Clara a similar distance. Marbella centre is fifteen minutes by car, Málaga airport about thirty-five via the A-7.
