Alba Salina 5 is a low-rise residential block in Rojales, in the south of the Costa Blanca, made up of two-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and the upper floor. Seven homes are currently offered, all with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and around 75 m² built. The architecture is contemporary: white façades with wood-effect panels, glass balconies and terraces facing the street and the gardens.

The apartments

Ground-floor homes open onto a private garden terrace, while homes on the upper floor have a solarium on the roof. Every apartment also has a covered terrace. Rojales is a town in the Vega Baja next to Ciudad Quesada, with shops, schools and golf courses close by. The apartments are on a residential street in the town itself, with public transport nearby, and the coast is about 6.5 km away.
