Balcones de Vivi — Apartments in Los Balcones, Torrevieja

About Balcones de Vivi

Balcones de Vivi is a 104-apartment hillside development in Los Balcones, a residential district on the south-western edge of Torrevieja overlooking the city's pink salt lagoons. The project is built in phases. Phase I is complete and no longer on sale; Phase II is now selling two- and three-bedroom apartments on the ground and top floors, with completion scheduled for the end of 2028. Top-floor units offer panoramic salt-lake views, while ground-floor units have terraces facing the landscaped green areas.

On-site amenities

Residents share two large communal swimming pools and landscaped Mediterranean gardens designed to extend usable outdoor space year-round. Underground parking spaces and private storage rooms are available as optional extras, with lift access from the parking levels to every block. The hillside layout means most apartments enjoy elevated views toward either the salt lagoons or the green courtyards.

Location

Los Balcones sits between the Mediterranean coastline to the east and Torrevieja's protected salt-lagoon nature reserve to the west. Day-to-day services — Mercadona supermarket, Doña Montse Hotel and a range of bars and restaurants — are within walking distance. Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre on the southern Costa Blanca, is roughly 10 minutes away by car, and four golf courses including Las Colinas Golf & Country Club are within a 20-minute drive. Murcia-Corvera International Airport is about 50 minutes south.
