About Residencial Onaru

Residencial Onaru is a small new development on the western side of Torrevieja, set directly against the town's most surreal landscape: the pink salt lagoon of the Torrevieja natural park. The three available homes all carry two bedrooms and two bathrooms over 69 to 71.5 m² — a ground-floor apartment with its own garden and two top-floor apartments with balconies and private solariums.

The communal grounds are designed around the view: an infinity pool aimed straight at the lagoon, landscaped gardens, and a jacuzzi. The Laguna Rosa is Torrevieja's calling card: a salt lake that turns shades of pink through the year, ringed by the walking and cycling paths of the natural park. Onaru sits at its edge, in a quiet residential pocket with shops nearby and golf at Vistabella a short drive inland — a landscape address rather than a beachfront one.

The sea is still close: the town beaches and the promenade are under ten minutes by car, with the calas of Cabo Cervera and the dunes of La Mata just beyond. Alicante-Elche airport is about forty minutes; the N-332 and CV-95 connect the rest of the southern Costa Blanca.
