Sunset Village is a new-build residential development of 172 apartments in Torrevieja, on the southern Costa Blanca. The complex is laid out across six low-rise buildings around landscaped gardens, with two communal pools (one for adults, one for children). Construction is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027.

The town has a marina, several Blue Flag beaches (Los Locos, La Mata, El Cura) and the Parque Natural de las Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja, known for its pink salt lakes and birdlife.
Sunset Village sits within walking distance of the town centre, port and seafront promenade. Alicante–Elche Airport is around 50 km north (approximately 40 minutes by car) and Murcia–Corvera Airport about 60 km south.
Payment terms are structured as 25% on contract, 25% during construction and 50% on completion.
