About Sunset Village

Sunset Village is a new-build residential development of 172 apartments in Torrevieja, on the southern Costa Blanca. The complex is laid out across six low-rise buildings around landscaped gardens, with two communal pools (one for adults, one for children). Construction is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027.

Homes are available with 2 or 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, in three layouts: ground-floor apartments with private gardens, middle-floor apartments with terraces, and penthouses with private solariums. Interior areas range from 65 to 100 m², with terraces from 23 to 92 m² and gardens up to 117 m².

Interiors and specification

Floors are finished in porcelain tile, with double-glazed aluminium windows, fitted wardrobes and reinforced entrance doors. Kitchens come with modern cabinetry and quartz worktops; a full appliance package is available as an option. Bathrooms feature suspended fixtures, walk-in showers and electric underfloor heating.

Each home is prepared for ducted air-conditioning and includes an aerothermal hot-water system, mechanical ventilation and fibre-optic readiness. Communal photovoltaic panels improve overall energy efficiency. Two underground levels provide parking with EV charging points and private storage rooms, with direct lift access to every block.

On-site amenities

The development includes a fully-equipped gym, sauna, paddle tennis court, landscaped communal gardens and two swimming pools. Step-free routes throughout the common areas make the complex accessible for residents with reduced mobility.

Location — Torrevieja, southern Costa Blanca

Torrevieja is a coastal town on the southern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, with around 80,000 year-round residents and a strong international community. The town has a marina, several Blue Flag beaches (Los Locos, La Mata, El Cura) and the Parque Natural de las Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja, known for its pink salt lakes and birdlife.

Sunset Village sits within walking distance of the town centre, port and seafront promenade. Alicante–Elche Airport is around 50 km north (approximately 40 minutes by car) and Murcia–Corvera Airport about 60 km south.

Payment terms are structured as 25% on contract, 25% during construction and 50% on completion.
