La Hoya — 2-Bedroom Apartments with Pools and a Padel Court, Torrevieja

La Hoya is a new residential complex on the northern side of Torrevieja, about three kilometres from the town. It brings together 120 two-bedroom apartments in seven blocks, each with a ground floor, two upper floors and penthouses. Eleven apartments are currently offered, and completion is scheduled for October 2027.

The apartments

Every home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with 77 to 81 m² built; the offer includes ground-floor apartments, homes on the upper floors and a penthouse. Penthouses have a private solarium. The apartments are sold furnished: ducted air conditioning, appliances, furniture, blinds and lighting are included, as are a parking space in the underground car park and a storage room. Kitchens are fully fitted and open to the living room, and each home has a terrace, with orientations to the east, south or west depending on the unit. A fibre-optic connection is provided. The interior photos were taken in the finished show apartment, which shows marble-effect floors, a glass-partitioned en-suite bathroom and a covered terrace.

Communal areas

The blocks are set around shared gardens with swimming pools, a padel court, a barbecue area and a children's playground. Access is by entry phone, and each block has at most three floors plus the penthouse level.

Location — Torrevieja

La Hoya lies on the northern edge of Torrevieja, with shops close by and the town about three kilometres away. The sea is around 3.4 km from the complex.
