Blue Wave — Townhouses with Sea Views on a Manilva Hillside

Blue Wave is a community of terraced townhouses on a hillside above the coast of Manilva, at the western end of the Costa del Sol. The houses stand in rows that step up the slope, so their terraces look out over the sea. Sixteen homes are currently offered, all with three bedrooms, and completion is scheduled for March 2028.

The houses

Each house has three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, with 111 to 134 m² of built area. The living room opens through sliding glass doors onto covered and private terraces facing south-east or south-west. The kitchen is fully fitted and open to the lounge, bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the main bedroom has its own bathroom. Air conditioning provides both heating and cooling. A parking space is included with every home, in covered or open-air bays. From the terraces the views take in the sea and, on the renders, the coastline towards Gibraltar. On the renders, some houses also have a small private pool on the garden terrace.

On-site amenities

Residents share landscaped gardens with an infinity pool that looks out to sea, as well as a clubhouse with a spa and a gym, reserved for residents. The complex has an entry-phone system.

Blue Wave is about 1.1 km from the sea, with shops and schools close by. Sotogrande, known for its golf courses and marinas, lies very near.
