Kristina Views is a gated community of twenty semi-detached townhouses on the hills above Manilva, three minutes by car from the Puerto de la Duquesa marina on the western Costa del Sol. Five homes are currently available, each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms over about 128 m² built, on plots that average 150 m² and reach around 300 m² on the corners. Completion is scheduled for March 2028.

Location — Manilva Hills

Manilva is the last municipality of the Costa del Sol before Cádiz province, and the least built-up of the coast: a hill village known for its Moscatel vineyards and the Roman sulphur baths at the Hedionda springs, with the beach districts of Sabinillas and La Duquesa below. Puerto de la Duquesa, a small marina lined with restaurants, is three minutes down the hill and the beaches of La Chullera and Sabinillas about two kilometres away; the Doña Julia and La Duquesa golf courses are five minutes, Estepona twenty, Sotogrande and its polo fields fifteen, Gibraltar airport thirty and Málaga airport about an hour on the AP-7. The townhouses suit owners who want a modern house with a view at a price the central Costa del Sol no longer offers, in a corner of the coast that still feels Andalusian.
